It all started with Nate's grandparents Merle and Betty Bishop who owned Bishop Meat Locker for 60 years in the small town of Hamler. Ever since the meat locker closed, Nate has always wanted to pursue this industry and reopen his own butcher shop. Five months later that dream is became a reality.
